Established in 2001, JOI Technologies specializes in engineering and detailing services for the construction market throughout the United States. In 2004, JOI developed its own project management database software, enhancing efficiency in tracking project-related information. JOI's Engineering division comprises experienced structural engineers and detailers capable of handling projects of any size, with a primary focus on rebar detailing.
The company currently handles reinforcing steel detailing in the range of 3000-4000 tons of steel per month. JOI has created training programs for engineers and detailers, enabling them to become self-reliant within 3-4 weeks of training and independent within 6-9 months. Currently employing 95+ professionals, the company is led by principals who hold professional engineering licenses in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey; and over 25 years of construction experience in the United States - boasting over 40 years of industry experience.
